What is an Investment Registration Certificate?<\/span><\/h1>\n

Investment registration certificate (also known as investment certificate or investment license) is a license issued by a competent authority to foreign investors who are qualified to carry out investment projects in Vietnam. Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Investment projects with foreign investors holding more than 50% of charter capital or with the majority of partners being foreign individuals for economic organizations that are partnerships.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Investment projects with an economic organization that is a partnership holding more than 50% of the charter capital.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 There are foreign investors and economic organizations that are partnerships holding more than 50% of the charter capital.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: Economic organization is an organization established and operating in accordance with Vietnamese law.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Location of investment project, land area used.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Objectives and scale of investment projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Investment capital of the investment project (including investors’ contributed capital and mobilized capital).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Operational term of the investment project.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Progress of investment project implementation<\/span><\/p>\n
