PROCEDURES FOR RESULT OF BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The certificate of business registration (business registration) is a very important document, recording the State agency’s permission for the enterprise’s business activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the operation and storage of the license, in some objective cases, the enterprise may lose it, or the license may be damaged, burned, or destroyed. At this time, the business needs to carry out the procedures for the re-issuance of the business registration certificate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Circumstances where re-issuance of the certificate is required<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

According to the provisions of Article 68 of Decree 01\/2021\/ND-CP dated January 4, 2021, of the Decree on Enterprise Registration, Enterprises need to carry out procedures for re-issuance of the Certificate of Business Registration in case the Certificate of Business Registration is required the certificate is lost, burned, torn, torn, or otherwise destroyed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Business Registration Office – Department of Planning and Investment of the province or city where the enterprise is located.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fee: 50,000 VND<\/span><\/p>\n

How to apply<\/span><\/p>\n

Submit directly at the Business Registration Office – Department of Planning and Investment of the province\/city where the enterprise is headquartered and follow the instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Apply online at the National Portal on Business Registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Processing time and receiving results<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Within 3 working days from receipt of the application, if the application is valid, the Business Registration Office will re-issue the business license.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the dossier is invalid, the business registration agency will notify the enterprise to adjust and supplement the dossier.<\/span><\/p>\n
