PROCEDURES FOR RESULT OF BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
The certificate of business registration (business registration) is a very important document, recording the State agency’s permission for the enterprise’s business activities.

According to the provisions of Article 68 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP dated January 4, 2021, of the Decree on Enterprise Registration, Enterprises need to carry out procedures for re-issuance of the Certificate of Business Registration in case the Certificate of Business Registration is required the certificate is lost, burned, torn, torn, or otherwise destroyed.
An application for re-issuance of the enterprise registration certificate;
Power of attorney for the individual or unit submitting the application (if any);
Certified copy of ID/CCCD/passport of the individual submitting the application.
Re-issuance authority
Business Registration Office – Department of Planning and Investment of the province or city where the enterprise is located.
Fee: 50,000 VND
How to apply
Submit directly at the Business Registration Office – Department of Planning and Investment of the province/city where the enterprise is headquartered and follow the instructions.
Apply online at the National Portal on Business Registration.
Within 3 working days from receipt of the application, if the application is valid, the Business Registration Office will re-issue the business license.
If the dossier is invalid, the business registration agency will notify the enterprise to adjust and supplement the dossier.
Receive information and needs of customers and conduct consulting on related issues
Request customers to provide necessary information and documents for the procedure
Prepare documents and sign instructions
Submit
Follow up on the processing of the application
Receive business registration certificate and hand it over to customers.
