Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 37 of the Law on Investment 2020, the following cases require an investment registration certificate:
– Investment projects of foreign investors.
– Investment projects with foreign investors holding more than 50% of charter capital or with the majority of partners being foreign individuals for economic organizations that are partnerships.
– Investment projects with an economic organization that is a partnership holding more than 50% of the charter capital.
– There are foreign investors and economic organizations that are partnerships holding more than 50% of the charter capital.
Note: Economic organization is an organization established and operating in accordance with Vietnamese law.
